Private Insurance Benefits

The foot health services of Chiropodists / Podiatrists are covered under most health benefits plans, and many plans require the examination and prescription of a Chiropodist / Podiatrist for custom orthotics.

While we are very pleased to assist you with your claims and provide the diagnostic paperwork required by your insurer, please remember that reimbursement for benefits claims is a relationship between you and your insurance company. In the event that you do not receive reimbursement, you are responsible for all fees for services provided at our office.
